The Curator
Every club has one person who knows the kitchen.
Off Menu Club is curated by Christina: entrepreneur, Learning Chair for EO Las Vegas, and a veteran adventure traveler who has spent years designing retreats the members still talk about.
The club exists because of a pattern she kept seeing: the organizer of a forum retreat is a volunteer with a real company to run, and the difference between a good trip and a legendary one is a hundred small decisions nobody has time to make well. She had been making those decisions for her own forum for years, minute by minute, waitlist by waitlist.
It is also why her groups see places the way almost nobody gets to. Anyone can visit the Great Wall of China. She found the one tour that puts you on a section of the wall with no one else on it, has you camp overnight in a watchtower, and ends with a farmer's wife cooking you dinner. That is the difference between visiting a place and being let in.
The retreats in our case studies are hers: designed, priced, choreographed, and run in the field. The method page is simply those retreats, written down.

Inside the room
Learning Chair for EO Las Vegas: the person chapters trust to design what their members experience. The club grew out of that seat, not out of a travel agency.
Proof over promises
Everything on this site comes from retreats that actually ran. No stock testimonials, no invented venues, no borrowed photographs. When the next retreat finishes, its story is added.
One pair of hands
The club stays small on purpose. One curator designing a limited number of retreats means every group gets the version of her that built the ones you just read about.
