Apply
Build your group's order.
About four minutes, answered once by the organizer on behalf of the group. No account, no payment, no obligation. At the end you see your group's order: the archetype, the intensity, and the tensions worth naming, and you can submit it as an application.
What happens after
You see the order
Your group's archetype and the eight raw scores behind it, side by side. Nothing is hidden and nothing is gated. If your group splits on a dimension, the result says so plainly.
You apply
The application is short: who the group is, when you want to travel, and your budget comfort zone. It arrives with your order attached, so the conversation starts at the interesting part.
The curator calls
Every application is read by the curator, and the ones that fit get a call. The club takes a limited number of retreats each year, so not every group gets a yes, and no group gets a form letter.
The quiet parts, out loud
- Budget never blocks an application. It shapes the design, not the door.
- A split group is not a problem; it is a design input. We fork days on purpose.
- Chapter-scale events (fifty to sixty people) are a separate conversation. Mention it in the notes and the curator will take it from there.
- Your answers go to the curator and nowhere else. No list, no drip, no menu.
